saw your gigantic review. If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Gigantic_en\Engine\Config , then BaseEngine, you can unlock the FPS cap. Change bSmoothFrameRate=True to bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE. Hope this helps you get more then 30fps!
