Final Fantasy XIV
FFXIV is a Tap Target MMORPG with a lot of content making it endless enjoyment and fun. The enriching story and achievement hunting to relaxing at your house the choice is your in Eoreza. Join with friends and make memories and enjoyment if you have no one well some things will quench that social need from joining a Free Company (Guild) and there is the option of Party Finder as well.

First Timer
For people who are first getting into FFXIV the game can be pretty tedious at the start AAR (A Realm Reborn) can prove to be a huge gate that will turn new players away with every new expansion old content does get a change to make it easier for a newer player to come into the game so you won't need to worry about what old player say about AAR but should you desire the choice the game does let you buy a time skip via mog station. For those who feel a bit anxious, you won't have to worry too much a lot of the community is generally friendly and patient willing to help new sprouts (new players) don't feel like you have to be rushed or expected to play at a certain skill or level take your time and don't rush.

Mog Station
Mogstation is where you will find most of the wallet spent from resubbing, a new item that is added, the previous seasonal item you can no longer get, time skips, job level skips, and much more. If you are feeling anxious like is all the cosmetics locked behind here or mounts. You won't have to worry a lot of time skips stuff is only for old content for those who are not interested. A lot of cosmetics and mounts are in-game which can be obtained through doing content that has satisfying rewards, not all fancy cosmetics and mounts are in Mogstation. The prices they offer stuff on Mogstation are also fairly priced compared to other MMORPG selling outfits usually around 20-30 USD.

Free Trial
The free trial doesn't seem to work on Steam Version and has proven to be causing a lot of issues for people who want to try the game before getting into it. The workaround is downloading the Client Version on their website for the free trial and whatever you do will carry over when you buy the game. As of right now, you can play free unlimited now up to level 60 and HW (Heavensward) Expansion. They might increase it to Level 70 and Stormblood Expansion with the release of Endwalker this isn't a confirmation.

Land of Disciple and Hand (Crafting)
The crafting system in Final Fantasy XIV is in-depth with different types and can be very fun to get into it's not for everyone some people might find it boring as you can use macro and surefire your way through most things. However crafting comes with a lot of benefits from gear, weapons, furniture, potions, and even food there are many different crafting classes in-game that will give you lot's of income. Gathering is also a good way to make income which is pretty simple going out looking for nodes around the world to mine, harvest and fish from. Gathering does get further in-depth down the road looking for collectible and timed nodes.

Jobs (Classes)
FFXIV offers multitudes of different classes for you to play from just like crafters you can play all the classes on one character if you are not a fan of making alt but wanting to try a new Job. You are given the AAR classes to pick from when you start playing but will be able to unlock more jobs down the road. However, some classes do require the DLC for you to unlock classes and start playing them.

Social Event's
A lot of the social events are community-driven you can find certain houses hosting events from cafes, nightclubs, museums, and much more there is a huge role-play scene in final fantasy. Not into joining community-driven events their other options as well Eternal Bonding was players can get married at certain days and time just like a real wedding this require both parties to go and complete their Eternal Bond quest and send out an invite and book a day to get married. Marriage ain't your thing? well, there is also a seasonal event that comes around and collaborations as well. Maybe you enjoy mini-games Golden Saucer will treat you well from Chocobo Racing, Triple Triad, Majong and much more.

Wolf Arena
Wolf Arena where your skill is tested to its limits this is place has its currency you can earn which is only done by PVP, earn yourself limited-time awards with Feast Ranking. PVP uses its system combat and everyone is on fairground same skills and no gear item level to balance the playing field so you won't have to worry about your gear item level. Peak hours are your best time here as this is an area that could use improvement as there isn't a lot of people who enjoy PVP as the game is a more PVE oriented player base.

Endgame
If you are worried about hitting a wall or running out of content then with reassurance there is a lot of things in-game that can keep you entertained. There are hunt trains where you go around the world hunting certain monsters at certain times and weather. You have Relic grinding a very tedious long quest with a satisfying reward making an amazing glamour for your Job. Becoming a Mentor and helping out sprouts who are returning or new to the game that needs that extra knowledge. Hunting for certain gear for your fashion game. Obtaining a house and decorating to bring over people. Savage Raiding and Ultimate Trials high-end grind for gear, mounts, and much more. There is a lot I can go on about here but it's best to experience and enjoy what Eoreza offers just remember there is no need to rush take your time and enjoy the game and experiencing the cut-scenes for the first time.

Pros
  • Friendly Community
  • Large amount of content.
  • A lot of Social aspects in game
  • New Content always being added
  • Cheap Subscription
  • A lot of Cosmetics not everything is a shop purchase
  • Housing System
  • No Gender Lock Marriage System
  • Enriching Story worth going through
  • Data Center Travel being able to go to different servers
  • Cross Platform between PC and console

Cons
  • Free Trial for steam could be improved
  • Armoire and Glam Box can use a massive revamp
  • Some Dungeon could use a quality of life
  • Buying the game on the console does require to rebuy the game on PC
  • PVP could use some love balancing and quality of life to bring more incentive's to people
  • A lot of Cosmetics not everything is a shop purchase
  • Marriage system does feel a bit dated and could use some qaulity of life
  • AAR can be a dread still even tho they have addressed.

Conclusion
Now they're a lot more I can go on but this review is pretty long in-depth already I hope this cover a lot and if there any inquiry or questions you have of the game I'll be sure to answer it. If you would like to support my work go ahead and drop a like, award, and follow my Curator page I'm currently working towards. FFXIV is an amazing game and it's worth getting into a lot of progressions and if you ever feel like there is that MMORPG Dread that feeling is it too late to start there is nothing to worry about as it's PVE Oriented and you can move at your own pace but if you worry well there always time-skips for story and job. I do recommend your first time playing that you just take your time and let everything sink in time-skips can ruin the experience for some people. Amazing community and amazing Dev team. If you are someone who wants's to get into a game and sink hours and don't wanna worry about how much you spend without Mog just sub alone and not buying other games you're looking at around 120 USD roughly a year and every few times an expansion comes out.

Phantasy Star Online 2 and New Gensis

I'd like to start and wish that the two game were separate because writing this review the game would have to be given for both versions. It's a bit hard to give a review for the game when both version are the same because I did have to come back try out new genesis in order to give a proper review.

Launch Issues
PSO2 and NGS both suffered from the major issue at launch and that was major bottleneck like lagging, not enough slots for players which had a lot of people turning away from the game. Before the steam release there was major issues as well on Microsoft store mainly happen with PSO2. This has caused a lot of issues for players coming into the game this problem seems to be addressed months after release.

PSO2
Phantasy Star is a nostalgia trip for most people playing back on JP server before the game coming to NA the problem with PSO2 is the way how the company was handling their execution the game suffered a lot of content drought or drip fed content at times. For people who was grinding on a everyday base doesn't really bother from a casual perspective this can get really tedious annoying as well. There was a mix of content being rushed out and drought having BiS (Best in Slot) didn't really matter much as the game was consistently powering through. PSO2 is a Instance based MMORPG loading in and out of places.

Pros
  • A lot of cosmetics for fashion.
  • Offers some social events like housing, concerts and alliance quarters (Guild Hall)
  • Combat flashy and smooth
  • With each episode there was something different being added in
Cons
  • Fashion can be only obtain through gacha unless bought from another player in Auction House
  • Limited use of Alliance Quarters could've had more potential
  • Meseta (Currency) had major inflation problems
  • A lot of content would die out and wouldn't receive new stuff (badges, pvp, castle, and just old episodes)
  • Community could be a hit or miss sometimes when comes to new players coming into the game.
  • Not a easy UI to get into and a lot of the mission early game is just talking
Conclusion PSO2
At the time of this i would say that PSO2 can be really enjoyable and fun with friend and a good guild outside of that you can find yourself getting bored of the game pretty quickly. Finishing the story there not a lot that you can do outside of typical game in this genre like gear upgrading and fashion not a lot of content that keep entertained. I personally believe that if there was more to the social stuff that limited there could be a better longevity of the game. Like if there new stuff added in to existing content there would be some quality of life to the current stuff. If you enjoy the simplicity of just hack n slash prehaps the game is good for you.

PSO2NGS
Now where do i start with this NGS is a open world version of PSO2 with the game being a lot more simple compared to its predecessor. one of the new changes I believe that was good is the affixing system which is how you gear your equipment. Personally NGS feels a bit early on the release while suffering the same launch issue there not much in the game going for it personally if you buckle down and grind were looking at month or two worth of content and the game will start to stagnate and get old pretty quick. The classes seem to also be downgraded as well being that there isn't many PA's as before giving you limited option with your class to mess around. Graphics are a bit finicky as well old fashion items need a revamp or reoverhaul.

Conclusion
Overall if your now getting into this game i think it's alright maybe six or seven out of ten. You have a lot of old content (PSO2) that out there for you can experience while NGS is out and this is were you'll be spending most of your time the game just doesn't have enough or can't hold that attention span compared to other games. Coming into this game with a group of friends might have a more enjoyable experience but going in as a solo this game might lose your interest over time in a a couple of months.

FOOTNOTE
I'm only adding this as a warning i highly advise playing the game there customer support is absolutely horrid. I decided to give the game another try to only find my account banned for no reason and i submitted a report and requesting for a reason to why the account was banned and i was left with no response and not knowing the reason why spent a lot of money and can't even get it back or partial refund. So I warn that anyone going into the game you can get ban on assumption and they won't even tell you.
