The True Emire of Sith has survived the centuries of exile, not a weakened shadow of the first Empire, but as a stronger and triumphant Empire dedicated to a single cause: The destruction of the Jedi and the Republic. Over our millenia of progress, the Emire has built warships, created an army that is the fear of the known universe, perfected advanced technology, and created the most powerful war machine known in the history of the Galaxy. In the ensuing conflict with the Republic, the Great Galactic War, we took half the Galaxy, and wiped out much of the Republic's Navy, and created the most powerful Empire of the Sith in the history of the universe. Now however, the Republic has re-invigorated itself, with it's government rebuilt, and it's formerly shattered Navy provided with new ships and technology. Hope is not lost however, as the Empire too modrnizes and upgrades it's fleets and armies, it's Industry grows, and the power of the dark side graces our endeavors. Truly, this shall be the Golden Age of the Sith.

Type 1335 Submersible Gunboat

The Type 1335 Submersible Gunboat is designed to provide direct naval gunfire support, and anti-air fire. It uses a small, sleek hull, mounted with a 127mm Type 1332 deck gun, in this case a Hellbore of the Imperial Navy, torpedoes, composite beam lasers, and light Type 1333 Anti-air missiles. There is also a central Type 1334 Light torpedo, designed for use against enemy ships. These heavy weapons make the Type 1335 a powerful component of the Imperial Fleet, well suited to support the Empire on it's worlds.
Each Type 1335 is propelled with the magnetohydrodynamic drive common to all Imperial Naval units, which permits high speed, and maximum stealthiness. The Type 1335 has often been compared to a sea-fighter with this technology, so fast are it's speeds. This is only assisted by the basic hull shape, which calls for a highly manuverable design with minimum drag. This would be slightly negated by the gun's presence outside of the hull, so special forward compartments exist to retract the automatic firing turret.
The onboard weapons, the light missiles, 12.7cm Hellbore, and the dual light torpedoes, are designed to provide powerful capabilities against surface, water, and air targets. The hellbore is designed to fire powerful plasma volleys, with the intention of attacking shore targets, while also mantaining excellent anti-air and anti-ship capabilities. The onboard light torpedoes are designed for use against naval targets only, are devastating in this role and are capable of causing massive damage to enemy units. The light air-defense missiles help to provide some additional firepower against attacking enemy aircraft, and can also be used in attacks against land and surface water targets in emergencies. The final onboard weapons are the composite beam lasers, generally utilized in a point defense role though they have some anti air and anti ground capability.
Onboard defenses are designed to protect against enemy surface threats, while underwater threats are supposed to be countered with the fast speed of the craft and onboard EW capabilities. Thus, medium-light armor is provided to the top, designed to provide defensive capabilities against enemy attacks, which combined with the devensive composite beam lasers enables most enemy attacks to be survived. Powerful shields are provided as well, which are highly useful.
The crew of the design is similar to that of a tank's crew, 3 members. The captain, communications officer, and weapons officer, assisted by the advanced onboard computer systems. This computer system can also control the craft, as a droid brain, and this method is often used for dispersed fortification gunboats where having the crew on hand would be prohibitively expensive. The craft is not designed to operate for extended periods of times, at most a few days, with it generally being attched as complements to Naval Submarines or in underwater bases.

Honor-Class Tactical Bombardment Submarine

The Honor-Class Tactical Bombardment Submarine is designed to provide heavy missile
bombardment capabilities for the Imperial Navy, in co-ordination with
powerful Mon Calamari-Class Battleships. Massive hulking designs that
cruise beneath the deep, the submarines have tonnage levels that
approach that of the Battleships, while their vast batteries of cruise
missiles can utterly destroy an attacking enemy mechanized force.
Nearly invulnerable from all but the heaviest enemy weapons while even
some of the deepest attack pattern weapons such as torpedoes can be
intercepted by powerful defensive weapons. A mere squadron of them can
secure a portion of a world with devastating mobile firepower few land
units can hope to match.
Each Honor-Class is 300 meters long, only a few dozen meters less
than the Mon Calamaris. In fact, they have even more internal space
available, without the heavy armor of the Mon Calamari Battleships,
with far more tonnage devoted to superior firepower, speed, and
weapons. Defended by kilometers of oceanic water, each can cruise at
speeds faster than many surface ships, propelled by their powerful
inertialess drives. This makes them deadly combatants, offering mobile
firepower to any target.
Each Honor-Class Submarine is provided with hundreds of Vertical
Launch systems, each capable of launch a heavy cruise missile. These
are positioned on the upper decks, and full volleys can be launched
simultaneously. Whats more, there are also defensive weapons onboard,
such as counter torpedoes, which provide defense against enemy oceanic
craft. Although not designed as an active combatant, these direct fire
weapons do provide some opportunity for it to defend itself, though of
course it would be expected that more danger could come from surface
bombardment by turbo lasers, or Lusankya-class Recon cruisers, which
would be rammed into the planet to cause massive damage. There are
also some small onboard complement bays for Mini-submarines, which are
used to provide close in support to targets on the shore, or attacking
planes with light Hellbores, as modern submersible submarines, or to
attack enemy opponents with light torpedo tubes. There are also
Orcas onboard, which reach the surface with hydrothermic shielding
packs, which are designed to provide close air support. These
complements provide an excellent parries ability for the craft
which makes it in some ways even more multipurpose than the Battleships.
The Honor-Class is lightly armored, in order to fit on larger weapons
loads. However, the armor it does have is still extremely strong,
given it's capability to resist the ocean's crushing embrace even more
than a dozen kilometers below the ocean. There are also light
hydrothermic shields, which provide the ability for a light air
cushion to increase buyoncy and provide further protection from the waves.
