The No HUD Team is a dedicated truly cooperative effort & laboratory among peers, for thoughtful immersive experiences:

to improve gameplay quality is at the core of NHT sessions re-design, besides the focus on the triad strategy-tactics-story mutually feeding LARPer details-enjoying, we dive in the shoes of the character, into worlds where we with non-trivial effort, generate the best gaming sessions together or in SP.

NHT aims to be a crew of friends who share a strong passion for team, tactics and communications, strategy and engaging stories (PvE, PvP and single player too).

We are an international crew and play on Personal Computer 🌐
Our HQ is located in Europe and we are mainly active between 1600-0000 Z time.
The community members are experienced and mature and play today a large array of games, not just shooters or one genre.

What NHT does is naturally share between them standards and methods (not only during the game session) that have been game tested as verbal and non-verbal communication, fruit of collaboration with like minded players, the work of a unique Laboratory, the NHT.

United by our extreme passion for immersion, team-play, simulation and immersive gaming, we systematically strive to live and experience it as a "wild ride".

We blur the borders of illusion, adding, where it is missing, context-relevant content to the experience: like adjusting game with specific settings, a virtual world that NHT members' avatars, can bring to reality, playing as character, not as players.

Immersive guides

In the near future this Group will feature guides that offer steps to enjoy an immersive perspective of singleplayer and co-op games that are of NHT interest.
Objective of the guide will be sharing the tools for the player to manually edit settings or quickly understand what to adapt in order to achieve one's own or a shared (in co-op) virtual enviroment allowing to play with a "first person" approach.

At the moment Steam group do not allow to feature guides, besides the curator mode, the only option seems to publish them as announcements or for better access as URL on the group forum here.

Some members have developed quite an experience in this, or share a likeminded interest in this very engaging, time consuming, but high quality attitude towards gameplay, these Players, passionate about simulation and immersion are welcome to share their opinions and discoveries with us to be potentially featured in the guides we will be featuring.

Arc Raiders (Server Slam) - Testing Arc Raiders, personalization is not bad, but the game verticality and depth SCREAMS first persooooon from all pores! This is not a finished game, it needs also some improvement on the HUD ,allowing no HUD or immersive HUD and more.
Join the NHT (No HUD Team) "Phoenix" squadron.
Interesting game, will keep testing. We will add a realistic Audio (comms) layer by using Team speak 3 with Radio FX (as usual)

Had the pleasure to play The Last of us part I, so far on Play station 4 and, it's a very very well written story. I checked quickly on pc and it's worth as on nexus there are for both parts (1 and 2) mods that allow to remove the HUD for an immersive experience unlocking.

I am playing since 4 months with BRE, this is why I had to change my name, I am always horsedancingwithcrow or Bronco. I strongly suggest to join BRE if you want to experience M&B like never before in a mature community too.

I am adding this game here, I think it has the right things to be run no HUD team style.
So hardcore stuff, permadeath, and with the right cards it can be quite fun.

Quite exciting is the arrival of Helldivers II, with friendly fire as usual, but also this time ballistics, and more. This time it will be in TP perspective. I loved it before but since it's based on tactics, true cooperation and realism, sincerely I can't ask for more to be immersed in team co-op challenges. So Helldivers II will be!
