Oftentimes, consumers will purchase a product without understanding who they are supporting through their exchange of time and money and what exactly they support on the basis of the conduct and principles of the developer/producer. The Code of Conduct: Ethics Review (C.C.E.R.) aims to demonstrate the behavior of those who distribute their products on Steam's platform and interact with its consumer base. That is to say, this Steam group stands as a testament to the ideal and unideal performance of developers inside and outside of Steam.
