Here's hoping Valve does but I sure don't.
You do know that those are locally stored and not saved in the cloud, right?
Only the person who uploaded it on their PC will see it. It doesn't sync with your PC.
Problem solved!
It's a stretch.
Thankfully, if push comes to shove and Valve is probed for "ciminal activity" on an account... The police will have all the data they need to know it isn't you...
Not even mentioning you'd need to get hijacked in the first place which requires from you to be sloppy. And if you are sloppy... well... I'd be more worried about my email/social accounts than I ever would be about my Steam account.
The amount of times I have to copy over that .\Steam\userdata\<id3>\config\grid\*.* file from my main PC to my HTPC and to my Steam Deck manually is quite annoying.

He would still try. That man was crazy.
Edit: I see some posts have magically vanished.
And people wonder why Steam prevented people from deleting their own threads
It's all good.
Happy holidays!
It's not like you need special Steam Library features to post something like 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0[en.wikipedia.org]. There are plenty of parts of Steam that accept arbitrary files, as well.
