You do know that those are locally stored and not saved in the cloud, right?
Only the person who uploaded it on their PC will see it. It doesn't sync with your PC.

Thankfully, if push comes to shove and Valve is probed for "ciminal activity" on an account... The police will have all the data they need to know it isn't you...
Not even mentioning you'd need to get hijacked in the first place which requires from you to be sloppy. And if you are sloppy... well... I'd be more worried about my email/social accounts than I ever would be about my Steam account.
The amount of times I have to copy over that .\Steam\userdata\<id3>\config\grid\*.* file from my main PC to my HTPC and to my Steam Deck manually is quite annoying.
