10/10 mod though, for anyone wanting less blobby AI.

lmao, luddites upset.

Which is hilarious considering PDX uses AI generated content themselves.

@danish rolls Whether I used a meme generator or an AI generator for a quick joke doesn’t change your in-game experience. A meme generator isn’t exactly more effort anyway. If you have actual feedback, I’m happy to hear it.

@dungROLLERbug With the RNG no two runs line up cleanly and I can not upload that many pictures but I get that more snapshots would be useful. Thanks for the feedback.

@Klonter77 von Planet77 Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, later-year screenshots would help to understand the difference. I don’t have the time to run another time-lapse right now but maybe in the future.

@pkf Thanks for the feedback. That was exactly the goal of the mod.

@B0mShakalaka Small nations are a great way to learn the game imo but streamers often recommend to play easier starting positions like Castile and then to automate most systems like trade etc. at first and then discover the game mechanics bit by bit. Good luck with your campaigns!

i do actually agree with klonter, add pictures of every 50 or so years and contrast them with what vanilla ai did in the same time frame

thanks for this mod, saves the holiday gaming
AIs still war a lot in central europe, but take only provinces that make sense and blob way less

Thank you so much for this mod. I'm still learning the game, trying out small nations so I mentally manage everything better. But given the last patch, it's...harder and harder to stay alive !

@DUDU I get what you mean. There is a dynamic evaluation of conquest targets. This mod rebalances the values that go into this evaluation. Some "interests" / conquest targets are triggered through events in the game.

@AlexTheTall Yes, in the simulation that the example picture shows Flanders, starting as a Vassal of France, evaporated during the war between France and England. The entities in the Netherlands have a strong economy and develop a solid the tax base. I assume that still makes them score higher during the war target evaluation.
It is difficult to balance this without turning the AI into a passive bystander. The idea behind this mod was to keep the base aggressiveness but to make the war target selection more statesmanlike.

One thing that is seemingly missing from this game is a system for the AI, as well as player, to highlight regions/provinces of interest. This mod looks like it helps a little bit

Outside of the Netherland it looks good in your picture.
