this Mod does work at least for 2 players. I played it multiplayer today; you can invite your friends through steam game invite "Shift Tab", "right click", "left click invite to game"; you must be in the setup lobby menu in order to do so..
arandaja724 has like 20 servers created
sometimes when hosting a lobby and it will give you a error: "Lost connection to server" or "server timed out".
(Make sure to disable or uninstall any other mods you might have, they may interfere with each other, and shutdown/restart steam and your game)
Bugs are still being found when playing the game for e.x: Deleting a building works some of the time: I find spamming the delete or using the delete highlight option is best at actually getting it to do the action you are wanting it to do.

It’s been a while since a friend and I have been testing the multiplayer mod for Kingdoms and Castles, and it’s really great. The game becomes very enjoyable. However, I noticed that when we play in a mode other than passive mode (for example, when dragons or Vikings attack), the game keeps running, but the villagers freeze. This also happens when we build the port. Moreover, at certain moments that I can’t explain, my villagers freeze, while my friend can still continue building. I’d like to know why this happens so that I can keep playing with my friend without my villagers freezing.
The Patreon is for those who wish to support the development. Creating this mod takes time and sometimes money. For instance, I'm personally covering the cost of hosting the master server for the server browser, this is my choice however.
I have a full-time job and now parental responsibilities, so my time is more limited than ever. This mod is complex and time-consuming, so I appreciate your patience.
