Healing Partner Skill Overhaul

Lyleen's, Petallia's and Tealfant's partner skills now heal a percentage of your max hp and have custom cooldowns, making them scale well as you make progress in the game. You can configure every aspect of the mod in a config file.

Disappointed that your dearest flower girls and teapot forgot they're supports, not dps? This lua mod will turn them into your favorite zero-waste healing potions (and keep the dps, let them have some fun too).

• For every rank of the Pal (AKA stars), there are 3 heal values to choose from: percentage, flat (game original) or flat (custom, defined in mod's config file, overwrites game original)
  
• The highest value is chosen and applied. E.g.:
  
• If you have 2000 max HP and your Pal can heal 50% or 1500 hp flat, you'll get healed for 1500 hp.
  
• If you have 5000 max HP and your Pal can heal 50% or 1500 hp flat, you'll get healed for 2500 hp.
  
• You can configure both percentage and flat values in config.lua file, as well as the cooldown

In the config.lua file, there's experimentalCtdFix variable. Set it to 'true' (replace 'false') if you're having crashes when using the heal. Please post a comment if the experimental fix worked out for you and didn't break anything else - I'll make it official in a later update.
