I already update the date on the guide to keep players posted if codes are updated or not. Hence for the simplicity. If the codes are simple to obtain and favor any way for the gameplay I'll post them.
If you want to go the extra mile and notify everyone when new codes drop, I think you can do this: create a Steam group, then in the group's forum create a thread that only you can post to but others can subscribe to. Finally, link that thread in the guide, tell everyone to subscribe to it and whenever there's a new code make a post in the thread announcing it so subscribers get a comment notification. Since nobody else can post to it, there's no noise from random comments.
Just an idea I've had before but never really got to confirm whether it worked or not.
