the beginning cutscene is the most underwhelming intro I have seen. the game is well put together as far as easy crafting, loot, environmental story telling. The game world is pretty at times and then your character model DOESN'T MATCH the world and it breaks the immersion. You will not feel overwhelmed against these enemies.

.... okays I don't know if I can get through this game though... nothing is EXTRA that I can't just go play Never Winter for. The shroud is a TIMER that's a poison that tells you to leave before you get shrouded. whatever... ???

lastly.... WHY WHY do we have to attack crates and tables, and chairs an wagons, and furniture to get supplies?!?!? WHY? it's 2025, why is there not something different than, break furniture to get wood. WHY DOES IT TAKE 3-5 hits to break wood?? such a waste of time!!

this game is going to take 2 years to get out of early access, these glorious trailers are dreams of game play.
