@wolfblue1 you just set up the two gamemodes separately. The AI on either side will make full use of the Arma Commander modules, so if you're doing a SP scenario, make sure to set your side's Arma Commander unit pool accordingly. I like to put my Wargame objectives directly over the Arma Commander objectives, personally.
