An autoexec is a file that you create with console commands of your choosing that get executed everytime you launch the game.
1. Open Notepad or any other text editor.
2. Add console commands (one per line).
3. Add the following line to the end: host_writeconfig
4. Save the file in the folder "\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg" as: autoexec.cfg
5. Launch your game and open your console to verify the settings are correct.

This is the most important piece of equipment. To find the best mouse available for yourself, do some research. The #1 factor is the sensor. Make sure that the sensor is flawless, this means it's devoid of acceleration and meets a threshold on performance. After you do this, and only after, consider shape and other features.

Weapon tagging causes a player's velocity to drop below the accuracy threshold, resulting in accurate fire while moving. This occurs when a player is tagged below 1/3rd the maximum speed of the weapon they have equipped.

Bullet Spread is generated on the server, thus the client and server see different bullet impacts, which makes for inconsistent game play.
