Runs amazing on the Deck, even when the screen gets filled with black ghosts.

Early Access Review
Excellent game. Super fun and hilarious. You can play with more than 3 friends, which is a blessing these days. The physics aspects allow for a lot of memorable moments. The animations and sounds will get a laugh out of your party every now and then. Best of all, the dev team cares about making this product a GAME, not a service. So no battle passes, microtransactions, and other BS like that.

Pretty good Diablo clone with a lot of crafting elements. It excels at base building. Never tried the PVP, so I can't rate that.

If I could change anything about it, I'd make it so you could equip more skills at the same time. Your loadout is very limited.

A lot of content for an Early Access game. It appears to be updated on a regular basis. Devs expand on content as well as fix bugs, add QOL improvements, and introduce class balance changes.

Also, pretty much every resource respawns, so you don't have to worry about accidentally deleting or wasting rare items. There's always a way to renew them (from what I can tell).

Seems very promising.

I had high expectations, but it surpassed every single one of them. This game is engaging, the gameplay and gunplay are ultra fun. The story keeps getting better, and the idea of a likable villain has been perfectly nailed.

This game mixes Half-Life and Portal in many of its elements, including story, settings, and character archetypes. It has the best implementation of a companion I have ever seen (entirely optional, by the way!). This is a huge leap from the first installment, and it truly deserves all the hype it got. Play this if you love HL2, HL1, or even the Portal franchise. Just do it, and you won’t regret it.

It's good, but a little overpriced for what it is. It also has some glaring issues that I'd like to address.

First, the good:
* It's satisfying, it's fast, it's gory
* Gun variety is nice, the namesake weapon remains a strong option throughout the game.
* There is some variety in colors across different levels.
* It incorporates reloads, something that boomer shooters often avoid, but I think it's a good addition. Not all guns need to be reloaded, but it's not excessively long either.
* Grenades!

Now the bad:

* There are a lot of "where do I go" moments. Level design makes you backtrack after grabbing keys, and you often end up lost.
* There is a little companion thing that serves 0 purpose. It has some lines of (written) dialogue, but they are so out of the way and useless you'll not even notice he's talking. It seems to be trying to point you towards your next objective, but it doesn't work. It just goes wherever it wants. Also, because of how pixelated the graphics are, I would often end up shooting it because it just looked too much like an enemy from a distance.
* Some enemies are just annoying bullet sponges.
* There's a system that attempts to force you into using weapons with higher piercing against well armored enemies. It doesn't work very well. It detracts from the variety of strategies you can use, makes bullet sponges even spongier, and makes the annoying time it takes to switch weapons punish you even more.
* No soundtrack. Or if there is, I couldn't notice it.
* Nothing to incentive pushing aggressively, such as more ammo and health drops from melee kills.. It could take some lessons from newer Doom games.

It's a fun brainless shooter, but after playing a couple of levels at a time, you will want to take a break.

Lots of fun. Come to this with an RPG mindset over a competitive, EU4-likr mindset. Warfare has been greatly simplified, but all other systems really shine with love. It keeps expanding and getting better. Devs never fail to show their love for the time period.

You have to manually pass along the room code. There's no way to just copy it to the clipboard.

Even worse, you have to redo the settings after every round. Game simply does not save the room settings between rounds.

This is too crude to recommend at this time.
