As a huge fan of earlier Mechwarrior games, i dove into this with reckless abandon. only to be confronted with an entirely different style of game. one far deeper, and far more rewarding than the older games.

I started this game with next to no skill, thanks to my run-and-gun days in Mechwarrior 3, and it did take some time to find my footing. but once i found it? god it was worth the wait. and the community? by far the best PC gaming community i've ever been involved in. i can count on one hand the # of people i've encountered that could be considered irredeemable jackas$es.

13/10, great game, definitely recommend people take more than just a passing glance at it.
