Thats What I Did But My Files Were To Big, So I Was ONLY Able To Add The Config And Friends Files From The Steam Folder Because My Steam Folder Is 208 GB

You could try to transfer your hard drives data to it but there is a chance it could corrupt,
so if you have any like games or mods in development,
I wouldnt risk it.
