Slower Drain On Bloodletting - Always valid/up to date
This mod pretty much just increases the amount of turns it takes for bloodletting to start decreasing from 2 turns to 5, it's that simple really. P.S: When first launching a campaign it will tell you that you have 2 turns until decay starts, this is normal
