Steam was an integral part of some of the most formative years of my life, beginning back in 2015. From the late nights playing games, silly custom servers, and frankly obscene amount of money spent on digital goods — to finding a passion for building systems, tools, and ultimately AI — Steam shaped a large part of my childhood.

Seasons change though.

Slowly over the course of 2023, my passion was lost. Bit by bit, I removed myself from this place — powering down every gaming community, closing every server, and cutting off contact with hundreds of people I spent years in contact with. The only thing I retained was my integrated AI company — the only work I left running, operating quietly underneath various platforms, navigators, Discord bots, and more.
That’s not for sale. It never will be.

The point is, this chapter is over, and a new one has begun.

To everyone I met here, whether it was just for a moment, or a year or many — thank you. I pray, sincerely, that if you don’t already know Him, you come to know our true Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Not the warped version that many Christians promote — the one that says you’re beyond hope.
No. The Bible says:

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23
“The Lord is… patient toward you, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” — 2 Peter 3:9

Redeemable — not rejected. Loved — not abandoned.

As for me? You won’t really see me around much anymore. I don’t plan to purchase games anymore (outside of with my family), and I don’t expect to return as an active member of the Steam community. Even if my siblings or family use this account sometimes, it’ll be on the rare occasion.

The chapter of gaming in my life has ended.

Perhaps we’ll cross paths again one day…
