New Members Requirements (Updated 8/13)

Recruits Criteria
- New recruits are appointed by one of the 4 Officers.
- New (and prospective) Recruits will wear the "{zRo}{R}" tag.
- Must be a recruit for at least 2 weeks.
- Lives in the state of Washington (or Vancouver, BC).
- 3 of 4 officers must approve membership.
- Must be in the Clan {zRo} group on the Steam Community

The point of this process is so not anyone can enter the clan, only the select few.

Also I was wondering if we should have a fan tag? lol, maybe not.

Like usual, lets hear anything to add or change :) .
