The Rules
  • No player can be the Head of State or Government in two or more groups, except in the case of a Personal Union of a Monarch.
  • No player can be in the military of more than one nation.
  • New nations must have at least 50% mostly unique players. Meaning, players in new RPs should not be shared amongst the current groups already in the RP
