okay u must follow and be with ur trainer for an hour then u could leave or stay ur training is just to follow the rules and obay ur trainer they will not to avantege if they do tell me as the trainer they will just chek on u and see if ur doing good and breaking a rule so that ur only training is to do now the rule not saying by memory but no it and not break it . the people that will be chosen is the ones that follow what they had to do and made all there hours
