No worries
Draconusx 21 Jan, 2017 @ 10:20am
As a heads up, I should be there tomorrow, but as I'm sick I might not be able to talk much without coughing.
mikeet207 15 Jan, 2017 @ 2:03pm
Ok hope you feel better.
Redora_5 15 Jan, 2017 @ 1:46pm
Everyone, I'm not feeling well. I'm sorry, but I can't make tonight. Sorry for the very, very short notice.
mikeet207 15 Jan, 2017 @ 12:56pm
Ok Rose, be safe on your trip.
Jolie Andromae 15 Jan, 2017 @ 8:29am
Hi everyone!! Due to a family emergency I am heading to Everett, Washington to be with my son and his young family for at least three months right now. They have steam so I will hope to be on next Sunday at 3pm my time!! I leave tomorrow morning at 6am. I have leveled up and have up dated sheet to include all my new talents. Have fun and please keep me alive!! hahaha.
mikeet207 1 Jan, 2017 @ 12:11pm
I think we will play tonight guys if you can make it. We are bringing in two new experienced players in the absence of of lost bard. I think it will work out nicely though.
mikeet207 1 Jan, 2017 @ 5:36am
Well initially I had planned on not doing one. But i'm actually here. I'll see if anyone wants to have a session tonight.
David Foxfire 1 Jan, 2017 @ 3:27am
Let me know if there's going to be a session later on today (Jan 1). Thanks in advance.
David Foxfire 18 Dec, 2016 @ 2:00pm
I just got home from my vacation in Idaho and I'm bone tired. I'm afriad that I won't be able to join you tonight. Sorry.
Draconusx 27 Nov, 2016 @ 11:41am
That's ok, I'll DM for you and let you know how we killed everyone and Malakai became "Lord Commander" over the castle when you get back...err I mean how things went. Hahaha Good luck on your trip and hope you have fun. See you next week.
mikeet207 27 Nov, 2016 @ 6:09am
All...I won't be able to make tonight's session...at the list minute yesterday I had to take a trip out of town. We will definitely pick up next weekend. Maybe even try to get a session in earlier then Sunday evening provided a large majority wish to attend.
mikeet207 30 Oct, 2016 @ 8:58am
Ok David, no worries. If you can make all good if not have a good time with your family.
David Foxfire 29 Oct, 2016 @ 1:15am
Just a heads up. It's going to be a bit iffy for me this coming Sunday, because of a family outing. I don't know if I'll be there or not.
mikeet207 11 Sep, 2016 @ 3:45pm
Ok man, well have a safe journey!
Draconusx 9 Sep, 2016 @ 11:15pm
Unlikely I can make it Sunday (due to realatives being over visiting). I will for sure be out of town the 18th and the 25th. My plane actually gets me back home some time the night of the Oct 2nd so I'll also miss that session. :( So I guess this is me saying enjoy the sessions for the next month and I'll see you again on the 9th of October. As far as things go in the sessions themselves, Malakai will continue to watch the rear during our scouting and combat, backing up Justice and protecting the party as best he can. My character sheet is updated (unless I screwed up on XP, but I think that is up to date as of last weeks session). If he levels while I'm gone I'd prefer to level him when I get back but if Mike needs to do that then I'll be ok with it. He'll hang around Aelfred during any downtime so the two of them can maintain and continue to work on thier 'project' whenever they get time.

It has been fun and I look forward to being able to sit down with you guys again. :)
mikeet207 29 Aug, 2016 @ 4:01pm
Everyone have fun last night? It was interesting. Highlights....

Acid Arrows are sometimes on locked wizard chests
Ghosts will suck the life out of you.
Lizard Rebellion is underway.
Sometimes dark rooms are protected by highly skilled assassins.
mikeet207 22 Aug, 2016 @ 1:16pm
Hope everyone had a good time during last nights session. I had a lot of fun designing the maps all day yesterday. Seeing how you guys went through it was interesting and very entertaining. We are probably at the "crux" of the module where a lot of good content is unfolding so I hope you guys take the time to explore it (choices depending).

Session highlights:
Justice made a new best friend
Elmistra is more then just a dino-buddy to Arcameases
Guard drakes are pretty aggressive
Otyughs are bottom feeders, but don't discriminate their meals.
mikeet207 15 Aug, 2016 @ 5:55pm
Yea i know how you feel. I just don't ever see that happening in this age of PC gaming. DnD online sessions is moving more towards things like TTS, Roll20, and D20....etc. SCL was an attempt to make sort of a hybrid and from what I gather was never intended to be as expansive as NWN's. The computer gaming market is saturated and people don't want to produce an awesome produce like NWN's for this era of gaming if that means "turning it over to modders", because I think they feel like there's no way to make an ROI on something like that. Who knows. Perhaps someone will come up with something, but after SCL i'm guessing it could be a few years before someone makes the attempt again.
Draconusx 15 Aug, 2016 @ 5:22pm
The thing I loved about using SCL as a "Tabletop replacement" was that it can resolve combat so quickly while still giving you the feeling of participation you get during a tabletop session. The drawbacks at this point mostly stem from lack of content (tiles or creatures) for live DM sessions. I still hope that we get a product like SCL in the future that can deliver the same kind of content that Neverwinter Nights did, or at least be open enough for the modding community to be able to provide that extra content.
Space Hamster Family 15 Aug, 2016 @ 1:29pm
sounds like a good plan for the future.
mikeet207 15 Aug, 2016 @ 1:27pm
I'm pretty satisfied with TTS. If we did think about switching to a different software ever in the future I'd like to move on to something completely different. That D20 program looked ok....i was thinking I'd download it for 30 days and see if it had any merit for a group of gamers like us....maybe we can even try it out one night for a one shot.
Space Hamster Family 15 Aug, 2016 @ 12:42pm
I think it can be redeemed it terms of its aesthetical representations. You can make a map like you do it table top and place monsters in like manner. There are alot of tools for it and it looks cool. I only met a few people that actually ran a game in that way. When I did it I used a hybrid that failed to deliver results because the combat is awful. I think you can make a cool game if you make world in whcih you can interact.
mikeet207 15 Aug, 2016 @ 11:38am
Yea but are they supporting anything new on SCL client? It's basically dead....and remember the nightmare that was combat? It forced us to use the pause constantly and no knew who the hell hit the pause button. Plus people just twinked their toons to no end and it became a slash feast in a few minutes
Space Hamster Family 15 Aug, 2016 @ 10:50am
thanks Draconusx i will check it out. I have been contemplating using SCL to create a real D&D session. There are still alot of good tools to make things.
Draconusx 15 Aug, 2016 @ 9:57am
I hope it is ok that I leave this here, I know a couple of you expressed interest in hearing the interview we just did with Tony Porter (Audio Director) for SCL. Feel free to check it out and leave us any comments or questions, and of course if you like what we're doing we wouldn't be upset if you subscribed ;) haha

mikeet207 3 Jun, 2016 @ 3:42pm
Ok Drac, thanks for letting us know. Have a great time!
Draconusx 3 Jun, 2016 @ 12:36pm
I forgot to mention...I'm going to LA for Power-Con this weekend and I don't expect I'll be back in time to make the session. :( But my character sheet should be fully updated.
mikeet207 25 May, 2016 @ 3:47pm
Nice David, hit me up during the week on steam to discuss things....i'll have to plan on how to get you into that.
Draconusx 24 May, 2016 @ 9:56pm
Nice job :)

Space Hamster Family 15 May, 2016 @ 7:35pm
oh no!
Kalatravas 15 May, 2016 @ 6:55pm
Well it appears that my graphics card just died. Screen is black and says that it doesn't get any signal
David Foxfire 8 May, 2016 @ 5:48am
I'm afraid that I won't be able to make it tonight. I'm a bit sick with stomach cramps. I hope it's nothing that bed rest don't fix; it's probably a pulled muscle. I'll be sure to be beck next week.
Draconusx 17 Apr, 2016 @ 8:42pm
Just a heads up guys I'll miss out on the next two sessions. I'll be able to join back in again on the 8th. Until that time assuming my character remains with the party my intent would be to have Malakai follow along with and back up Grumzer in combat and other decisions, except for when he is scouting ahead on his own.
mikeet207 8 Apr, 2016 @ 9:53am
Ok David, if you can make that would be great. Have your folks sit in and watch you play Justin.
David Foxfire 8 Apr, 2016 @ 1:12am
I'm over at my parents' house petsitting until Sunday. I do not know if I'll make it to the table, it depends on when my parents get back. But I'll be trying to. Maybe I can be on the table while they drop in so I can show them Tabletop Simulator. My dad always like that.
