Looking for smarties to start a basical world wide TF2 server

Anyone thinks they have the tools, the brain, time and spare computer with lightning-fast internet, I am planning to create a basically server of our very own. Post any comments here if you guys have any opinion.

Note: We are trying to create a free server for people (donations and help are of course appreciate). So if you guys planning for a paid service or hiring a server, you guys may have to pay the cost.
