RULES^^

1. in general chat, do not RP until all human Civs have met (when all have met, start gen chat RP).
2. in private chat, RP with Civs you have met.
3. when all have met, every 20 turns a different Civ (alphabetical order) can make any proposal for the game they like. other Civs must vote for/vote against/abstain before 20 more turns have passed.
4. can only build Wonders actually associated with/built by your Civ (e.g. China —> Great Wall).
5. cannot attack Civs your Civ has never been at war with (can attack those they have).
6. must annex/ally with/protect at all costs City-States associated with your Civ.
7. must pick random Civ. no re. if you don't like the Civ you get!
