1. Countries/territories are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a country that you want is taken before you submit, SOL.
2. Nations may be created at anytime, provided Rule #1 is followed.
3. One active nation per person. You may involve other unclaimed nations (and even create a secondary profile) if in say, a conflict.
4. Secondary nations CAN be taken by other players as their nations.
5. If in any conflict, either internal or external, use the RNG Combat Guide as outlined to determine combat results. Abide by the Honor system.
6. While this is the future, don't OP your country's military or economy. A nation the size of modern-day Mauritius, has in no way, the logistics or infrastructure to build and maintain an armed forces that's as large as the Chinese military.
7. If your nation has a drastically different economic/political/social/etc. situation as opposed to its real-world counterpart, provide a brief explanation in your nation's profile under "Brief History".
8. Keep the RP alive. It isn't much effort to briefly check what is happening or to post any events you decide happens in your nation. It's probably less work than Pokemon GO and you also probably won't stumble to your deaths when RPing either.
