What is TF2RIR?

Team Fortress 2 Random Item Raffles, or TF2RIR, is a group created by one person in hopes of bringing a small community together that anyone can raffle off random unwanted items as a means of profit and fun for all.

Who do I contact to start a raffle?

You can contact the head admin, Choopla, in order to start a raffle of your own. He'd be willing to approve, as long as you ask nicely. :)

Are there any rules to this group?[/b]

There are not many rules restricting TF2RIR, except the obvious one: BE RESPECTFUL. This rule is important and any form of breaking this rule (i.e. Racism, vulgar language, insulting/bullying other members or staff, complaining about losing raffles, spam, etc.) will be intolerable and may result in a ban from the group. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.[/b]
