Save a horse, ride a pony

Lately I’ve been thinking this over and, though I’m still interested in creating an EGS oriented clan, I don't have enough experience to start a competition oriented tf2 team. I was originally a CSS player and played TFC and TF2 for fun... never really grasping the true competitive nature of the game. I'd still love to be able to organize a group, but until I have actually went though the ringers of league play I think that I wouldn't be able lead a competitive team in TF2 in the way the an EGS team would deserve. I'm trying to play more and hopefully get my skill up, but my CSS background kind of is kicking me.... completely different game play.
