Server issues

So yesterday the server was having some major lag spikes, I immediately got onto the provider to find out what the ♥♥♥♥ was going on.

It took a whole 12 hours to hear back from them, and this is what I got.

Can you please let us know what your external IP address is by visiting http://liv3d.multiplay.co.uk/ip.php. This will allow us to perform a return trace to you and investigate where the issue lies.

Can you please confirm the following:-
1) Are you connected to the internet via a Wireless connection?
1a) If so, can you try again via a wired connection. Does this issue persist?
2) Was anyone else using your internet connection at the time to download/upload content whilst this issue was occurring?

They had the cheek to assume it was my end that had the issues despite me telling them twice before that every user was experiencing the same. After that I had a little rage at them..

How can it be my connection it every single person has experienced it? All at the same time, I even had 3 friends join an old server we previously had with you guys suffering the same issue. The server is now already dead thanks to the massive delay from you guys. So Now its a case that I want the credit that was donated to be refunded to the person who donated it, and we'll take our custom somewhere else.

If you need proof, I'll send you the entire chat log during the time it was lagging. I even have a recording which would be pointless sending seem you guys are so stuck on the possibility of it being my connection, which as I said to the previous guy how would my connection issue have anything to do with everyone else's...

After a small debate I see this when I logged into clanforge...

Due to an issue with the latest version of the remover tool, we have been forced to roll it back a version. This should stop the CPU spikes and lag that users may be experiencing.

They accuse my net and all these useless questions when there is a known ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue...

Anyway.. tl;dr? Server is up and running fine..
