Gaming, security, and large woodland creatures

For those that haven't heard, we're putting on a brand spanking new contest this year at Shmoocon (www.shmoocon.org). In years passed, Shmoocon has had 2 seperate events: a 'Team Fortress 2 Tournament' and a 'Hack for Halo Tournament'.

This year we're combining forces to create Hack Fortress. Your team of 10 (6 Tf2 players and up to 4 hackers) will team up (get it? team...nevermind), to see who can accumulate the most points. Worlds collide in this competition as events in Tf2 will have real life effects on the hack side and events in the real world will have virtual effects on the Tf2 side.

So, get your teams together. Get your thinking caps on. Get your trigger fingers ready. Get me a sammich. Hah, don't deny it, you were about to get up and go make me one. Sign ups will be on-site starting when reg opens on Friday. Matches will kick off every hour at 11:00 am starting on Saturday with the finale at 6:30 pm.
