Spreading the new scout ball gambling to every server in America (and several other nations)

Hello! Ever heard of scout ball champ? If you have its the new gambling craze that i just made up! Its fun, interesting, and a new twist! In this gambling game from a random man called Samuraiasuta (or many other names) In this game you play as two teams. And with a dead ringer spy as your ball from each team. You taunt kill the spy into the air. And try to land it on a goal line! Two points for each goal! It truly is a game of wits and excitement!

Basic rules:
1) No weapons of any kind besides the sandman and atomizer
2) If gambling a admin or donator must be present
3) Spectators cannot interfere or risk ban, kick, or getting their asses kicked
4) Spies with the dead ringer from each team are the ball
5) Each team also has a engi with a dispenser
6) a random person(presumably a admin) must be the referee and see who hits
7) Fair sportsmanship, don't be a willie washer
8) If you play and lose, accept the fact you lost. No one likes a sore loser
9) No spells or bumper karts
10) You can change the rules only if your map does not have a proper goalline
