The Great American Interstate War

All states (except maryland, Vermont, New Hampshire, Masachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersy, and Deleware) start off with 4 regions in their state. The ones I mention in the ()'s only have 2.

If a state gets invaded and loses 4 battles, they state is taken over.

If a state invades another and wins 3 out of the 4 battles, but then loses 3 battles, the invasion has failed.

For every battle you lose in an invasion, you need to do another. (For example, if you win 2 battles, then lose the third. You need to fight again to claim the 3rd region. If you lose the 3rd battle, then lose again, you lost a region in the state you invaded. If you took 3 regions in a state, then lost 4 battles, you lose all region in that state and are only left with 4 regions in your own state).

Once a state has been taken over, the amoun of regions in a state add up. For example, of Texas takes New Mexion, texas now has 8 regions, not 4. if it were to take New Mexico and Florida, it will have 12 regions, and so on.

States can ally with another state if they so chose.

If a state is completely taken over, they lose. Unless some other state decides to liberate them. They can only be liberated if their original territory is liberated. For example, if New York takes Maine, it can't give it's regions to NC if NC was taken over.
