3v3 in Cup in March/April

HELLO LADIES AND GENTLEMAN

As you might know, there are quite a few people interested in MW2 again. We currently have at least one open-lobby a day and a few clanwars a week. Therefore, we thought about starting a little tournament. Feedback is always appreciated and will be taken seriously. This is the first time we do this so please be gentle with us.



3on3 with looser bracket, starting with group phase

Subs allowed if not possible otherwise, however, you are not allowed to borrow somebody from an already participating team.

FoV-Changer allowed

FPS-Unlocker is not allowed

We decided to do two groups since we are 10 teams as of now. This means that the three best teams of each group qualifiy for playoffs. If you want your match streamed contact me (Miles) or Seb in advance :)

Screenround:
A screenshot must be uploaded to steam before every game.
Screen must include:
- Scoreboard
- Enemy Model
- Smoke
- Ump

Kniferound:
Both teams agree on a host for kniferound; the best choice being a 3rd party. If the teams can not agree on a host, an admin has to be contacted for coinflip. If you can not reach an admin, the top / left team decides.
Every team hosts their own map and can decide their own side to start on. The winner of the kniferound simply decides what map to play first. Therefore, "your map first" or "map side" are both possible demands.

Groups:
First to 25-rounds wins, therefore you will have to count (and maybe even screen) halftimes. Just like in playoffs, every team alternates between banning maps out of the given mappool. The team on the left / top starts banning. When 3 maps remain each team picks their map. Draw is a possible result so a third map is not going to be played.
Win - 3 points
Draw - 1 point
Lose - 0 points
Everybody plays everybody once.

Playoffs:
First to win two maps wins.
Map is being decided by voting. Every team has 3 bans with the left / top team starting. Once banning is over there are 3 maps left. Both teams pick the map they want to play which also decides the 3rd map since only one remains. This map is only going to be played in case of a draw (each team winning one map). The host of the 2nd map starts hosting the first half of the 3rd map. The team that is not hosting can decide what side to start on.
When playing a 3rd map, the host changes each half if wanted. A draw of the 3rd map results in overtime; 6 rounds per half.
