A group for 100 tick public games with slight modifications. Modifications are as follows:

1. 100 tick for better shot registry. Smoother commons and 0 lerp capable
2. Lowered, static respawn timers of 16 seconds
3. Should be a tank and witch every map except finale
4. Infinite team switches
5. Mostly removed T2
