You can't feel the beat until you lose yourself in it.

Have you looked around on the gang section of the forum and thought "Why are there so many useless ranks?", "I don't want to roleplay", or "What's with the over-competitive idiots stroking their epeen in every which way". Because I have. We (the admins and owner) spent a good month or two deciding what would make up a unique and fun gang, finally the idea came to us- MUSIC. So, enough of the hook and let's get down to what makes Hyper what it is.

Hyper started as a EU CBT Sharpshooter gang with a following of about 7-10 people. We played around, ran over a few innocents, and had a merry time up to the release. At this point Hyper disbanded due to the fact that APB was still too broken. This brings us up to now. We are now a North America East gang (where all of the admins are located) and we're hoping to bring some music to the streets of San Paro.

In Hyper you can expect to see a lot of:

- Music, it's all about the music.

- Parties, raves are highly encouraged.

- Green, our style is green neon tribal. (It's okay if you don't wear green, but we think it looks pretty damn good.)

- Relaxation, we play for fun- not because we're horrible but because it's how it should be played.

- Nice people, we have a zero tolerance rule for griefers and jackasses of all varieties will not go unnoticed.

Do I have you interested? If so, here are the requirements:

- No age requirement (per se), but we expect a reasonable amount of maturity from all members.

- Do not be overly competitive, no one really cares how good you are at killing pixels and binary.

- Use a decent mic, this should just be a rule in general.

- Be nice to other gangs, even if they question the legitimacy of your birth or call out your mother.
