Hope for all of Chernarus

“Hope Valley” is a DayZ event hosted by YouTube/Twitch content creator Complete Reason. The goal is to create a realistic survival society within the ruins of Chernarus by giving people a central location for roleplay/interaction and giving them a purpose in our new world. Currently the hope is to begin HVS with the release of 0.59 Stable. (due to experimental being imminent and not worth waiting for it to be wiped when 0.59 hits stable) We hope to create new friends, relationships and experiences like nothing else in DayZ before.

We hope to continue this project throughout DayZ’s lifespan, and will only get bigger and stronger once base building mechanics have been implemented. The town is currently located in Dolina or “Hope Valley” and we hope to see you soon!

0.59 Stable and Hope Valley is Here!!!!

Hello Survivors!,

Yesterday the DayZ Development team pushed the 0.59 update on over to the Stable branch for the masses of players to experience all the new vehicles, mechanics, and items! With that we've stated that with 0.59's stable release would be when Hope Valley Sanctuary would begin to open it's doors to Survivors.

Last night Fonz, and Myself made the journey to Dolina and started to strip the town of loot, taking the valuable items like weapons, agricultureal items, ect so we can use these for our community. We came across a few friendly survivors, as well as some bandits who sadly robbed one of our barrels.

Anyways for those who are interested in coming and seeing the community and help due to work, I won't be on long but i'll be on for a bit at 3 PM est today. We'll be on =UN= Server 1, the red double story house is the town hall, which is off limits to civilians, so please do not enter or take from this location.

I hope to see my fellow survivors there and can't wait to build our community together!

Citizenship Applications Have Been Sent Out

Hello Survivors!

Today I've began starting to send out the letters of acceptance/declination of citizenship for Hope Valley. So if you receive a message on reddit, steam, ect you should know it's from me! We took a lot of feedback and with 0.59 experimental close we hope to take and train our new citizens on how we'll be doing things. From the things our warriors will do, to the acceptable zones our hunters can roam in. We want to thank everyone again for showing interest and hope to see you soon!
