UCOFH (united coloneys of harvest) is a new tier but halo tier rules are as follows P.S this tier does not do battle like other ties do.


RULES:
each coloney has to create a group made bye the elected leader.

the colonies can be either UNSC, FLOOD, or COVERNAUT

Each group has to put a link to their group in a chat or comments so that admins can put it on the page

conflicts can be solved if both sides want peace or if UNSC commander or first officer intervenis

all coloneys report to UNSC commander (Dovakiin) and will recive punisment for not following rules


ECONOMY


Taxes are the amount of members in a coloney times 40.

each coloney has a small support army of 100 marines and 5 warthogs to help protect them early in the game and startes with $100 000
to build buildings and i will put a link to a page where the buildings that can be built and the cost in the comments.

each coloney has 3 trade items (one has to be Titanium A Ore) each one is worth $1'000

Each coloney can build small armies of 300 marines, 10 tanks and 20 warthogs for a cost of $3 000 and takes 1 real day to build and assemble and can be merged with 1 other army for a medium army and 2 for a large army then they can wage war with other coloneys for there land and population if a colonie has more troops then the other colonie if will be take 7 hrs from time of attack to defeat to capture that colonie and there can be survivors to make a resistance .If the defeated colonie has enought members in the resistance they can have a revolution and take back there land and population.
