A wolf is strong; but a pack is stronger still.

Banditry, civil war, murder, and theft; the outbreak revealed some of humanity's darkest traits. Selfishness, desperation, and suspicion had become the new norm; whereas honor, respect, and compassion had been left to die by the wayside.

However people still managed to find the good in a seemingly hopeless situation. Individuals like this appeared to be misguided and outdated in these new circumstances. Without some semblance of leadership, the mass hordes of the undead or the bandits would get to them.
