How to Fix Crash/Freeze Menu? I cant play anything

After starting the game and going from the main menu to the multiplayer menu or extinction, crash/freeze and does not move, even going to the desktop, it does not go, the sound continues to come out as if it were running, but nothing moves

Scott, when I come to your city it will be very easy to find you because I know where you live. I will take everything you have, your girlfriend, your family.
