Ok, I think this should definitely help smooth out things so we don't have multiple people trying to start and stop the same server all at once.

Great idea Mingo. I think this will be good way for us to keeps tabs on issues, or just be able to know for sure whether or not someone is restarting the servers. I for one, approve.
