Hi everyone like this game, the only thing is the map wish they would have made it so you can see where you're on the map.

yep books 2 has a random loot too and more frequent too. sorry late late response

hiya, this game looks good I just read about it (Book 1) love the turn based tiles, and especially random generated loot! Question for you all - does book 2 still have the random loot generator? Huge appeal for me there... thanks :)

I completely agree with you, its a wonderful world and story, you want to explore everything and talk to everyone - with beautiful music in the background. but after playing 6 hrs i have to say that its way too difficult for my taste. its very hard to earn money and if you skill abitilies to make that better your fighting abilities will suffer and that makes it even worse... anyway, a great games. i thought about divine divinity when starting playing eschalon, because thats the game i compare every new one with ;) now with the xmas sale i was able to buy book 1 and 2 for less than book 1 alone :)

Hello. I just downloaded the demo and was taken back to the old days with this game. I tried to repeatedly bash open a heavy wooden, steel banded door and also a barrel in good condition. I was unsuccessful with both attempts but my iron dagger then broke, I thought that was very realistic. If you tried that in the real world the same thing would happen.
So far I'm really enjoying this demo. Love the old school details and the narative.
Anyone else have anything positive to say about this game?
