People's Revolutionary Municipality has been formed in the Philipines!

Just recently today a declaration by the Communist Party of the Philipines has stated that a municipality of the people will be formed.What this means,and the cause for this,is that after the capitalist government has done nothing to help to the millions homeless and hungry from the recent hurricane,the army sits by idly while their people die.Now revolutionary groups such as the Communist Party of the Philipines and the New Peoples Army,will be filling in for the government to help people.This is just like Lenin predcited;when capitalism fails to provide for the people,revolutionarys will fill the gap.
