RULES:

1.) No raffling without consent of admin.
2.) No refunds unless raffle is cancelled.
3.) No raffling until all available slots are filled.
4.) When admin is away, deisgnated officer will asume the role of admin until admin's return.
5.) No scamming. (any scamming will be reported to Steam authorities)
6.) Only accept hats/miscs/weps for their backpack.tf value.
7.) No place holding.
8.) Send raffler a trade offer.
9.) Rafflers must send trade offer with prize to winners.
10.) Rafflers cannot enter their own raffles.

This will only happen if you abuse your power. ADMIN IS ONLY GRANTED FOR THE DURATION OF THE RAFFLE! Do not ask to be a permanant admin, because your request will be declined. I will leave the raffle in your hands, but if I catch wind of abused powers, after a thorough investigation, I will decide if powers have been abused, and take necessary action.
