Server lore overview;

The Dark Realm is a realm that was created by an unknown but immensely powerful being that harbors complete power over the realm itself and those inside. The people, demons and spirits in the realm are completely trapped, with no communication with the outside.

The way survivors found themselves in the realm is that their souls after their deaths were 'caught' by the realm. It is not known how, but they were. Meaning they take on their last form they had before they died.

Spirits and Demons that are in the realm made it there by unknowingly passing the realm while travelling, getting sucked in and trapped too. Unable to leave or communicate.

This is just an overview. Meaning some detail may have been missed, check the discussions for more information.

About Characters.

Good day, players of Dark Realm.

I submit this announcement to you after a discussion with certain playrs about characters and their backstories. Coming to the realisation that many players wish to keep their old characters I have begun thinking.

What if players could keep their characters, but with certain edits to make sure it fits the new theme of the server? What if players didn't have to create entirely new backstories and such? What if Shining stopped asking rhetorical questions and got to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point?

Well here's this: Players can keep their old characters, with certain edits. Certain characters may require more edits than others, but here's the basics.

Characters will lose all powers, mutations, weapons and armor they had gained throughout the life of Dark Realm.
Characters will have their lives edited, they'll be able to keep their old relationships and knowledge of other people (To an extent, this is only with permission of the other player. EG Rosalyn would not know Sephyra if either party has not given consent to knowing the other OOCly, if that makes sense.)
Characters will now have originated from the new server lore, on one of the many planets, ships, or space hubs.
However, if unsure about parts of your character, please run it by any SA, before implementing.

There'll be a vote for this. If option: 'Yes.' is selected, the listed things shal be implemented, along with certain things I have not thought of yet, but will be fair.
If option: 'Don't Mind.' is selected, then myself and the other SA's will decide.
If option: 'No.' is selected, then the server will proceed as originally planned, with all characters being deleted.

If you actually care about your characters and others, I implore you to vote. If you have quit the server and have no intention of joining, DO NOT VOTE. It wont be affecting you, and you'll just be making it unfair on players who will be effected by the changes.

Good evening, afternoon, morning etc etc, whatever works for whenever you read this.

At this current moment in time, the server is down. This is due to some testing going on with plugins I am both making myself and finding in dusty bits of my harddrive.

While the server is down, however, ℬlack ℛose has started his server back
up once more, on NightmareRP. I am not sure how he is handling things such as character crossovers etc but you can connect here: 5.101.136.142:27015

I am going to be gone next week, meaning I will not be able to do work on the server, so it will be up and public for the final time as NightmareRP, and there will be an event organised by the senior staff I have spoken to.

If you have any questions regarding this (ASIDE from questions to do with Rose's server) I will be happy to answer them.
