--- V16_02 Changes --- 19.05.2018

Removed Mines around buildings entirely.

FPS bug should be gone.

Server Rule CAS added.

Removed pressure effects of pilots.

Deleted some random lamps.

Taliban will no longer send reinforcements via armored vehicles.

Added default loadouts: Seal Team Six, PMC, Kommando Spezial Kraefte.

Added more ace arsenal to existing ones and removed some old arsenals.

Deleted one Blackhawk off the landing pad.

Chosen bar gates will now really open this time.

Various minor things done like ending world hunger and generally being a great guy all around.

Server message feed will display that you should read the damn rules also.

Fixed night vision effects.

Further reduced amount of mines.

Post Processing disabled.

Added ACE arsenal to the outside of armory.

Definitely only medics will be able to give blood now.

Disabled Vote Admin.

Known Issue: low FPS bug returns for about 15 minutes or so.

VVS Spawns delete anything on spawn.

The Taliban are being supplied with static weaponry.

IEDs may spawn anywhere on Map.

Cars are much less likely to be IEDs

Binocular at start removed.

Default Loadouts in ACE Arsenal added.

User interface simplified.

Removed several vehicles from spawn list.

Fixed ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ guy in the armory a little. I swear half my TODO list has to do with him.

Armory made more outstanding.

Added Box and PAKs to Medical Center.

Corrected direction of Aircraft Spawn

Thought about removing CUP Terrains but then didn't.

Date changed to have diversity in bright and dark nights.

Made more Bar Gates open themselves you lazy ♥♥♥♥♥.

Many other changes I can't remember or won't talk about.

Mission adapted to Lythium.

Replaced old vehicle spawns with VVS.

Added ACE Arsenal to the new Weapons Master at the Armory.

Medical Center is now a hospital with landing pad.

Added serveral Arsenals and Vehicles to different locations.

Added seperate support vehicle spawn.

The Taliban have bought more Igla AA launchers.

Other minor or major changes idk.

AI will no longer become unconscious.

Warlords are now easily distinguishable via Beret and Pakistan Army
Uniform.

Personal Aid Kits(PAKs) are enabled again in Medical Facilities and
Vehicles.

The box in the medical tent contains medical supplies again.

Humvee at the tower respawns when deserted.

Quads near Base removed.

Nametags are normal sized again but only visible from up close.

Wounds actually cannot reopen.

Minor changes.

Removed obsolete Ace Modules.

Fixed not being able to give Epinephrine as normal infantry, most likely.

Wounds can now reopen and require a Medic to stitch via a surgical kit
that is one time use.

Made more elements of base indestructible.

Reactivated IED side check loop. AI shouldn't trigger owned IEDs. At
least non-pressure-plate-IEDs...

Eurofighter added to Second Hangar. Respawn timer is 20 minutes.

Added Ares Achilles Mod Zeus Expansion to optional Mods. //haha just
kidding didnt work

Arsenal Crates now have inventory.

Changes to stamina. Recovery time is now a little longer but terrain
exhaustion is reduced.

Maximum time for unconsciousnes increased from 20 to 40 minutes.

Bodies of disconnecting players will be removed instantly.

Nametags are less visible and only from a shorter range.

Bluforce tracker now ignores AI Groups.

Bluforce tracker time increased from 20 to 30 second intervalls.

Minor changes.
