Just to ensure that compliance works on both ends, here are a few rules for our behavior among each other and coram publico.

Things To Do First

1. Enter our Discord and Steam chat
   
2. Subscribe to our YouTube channel and watch the video "Meet Continuity"
   
3. Send a friend request to our fellow members on Steam
   
4. Have a few games with other members
   
5. Be active on Discord (e.g. enter voice chat, upload battle screenshots)
   
6. Download VMR (thread #patch-downloads)
   
7. Adjust your user script based on #preferences-script on Discord
   
8. Read #Gameplay Advice on Discord

Things To Keep in Mind

• CONTINUITY tag
  We wear our tag when we get together to play. If you're playing on your own, it's up to you. But bear in mind that you shouldn't misbehave in game (e.g. breaking rules) while you visually represent us.
  
  
• Be patient and diligent
  When your fellow member points out your mistakes, accept it and be eager to improve.
  
  
• Be responsive and don't ignore continuously
  It's okay to send a delayed response or to overlook a message. But a recurrent act of ignoring or hiding in the invisible mode is not our modus operandi.
  
  
• Communicate your temporary retirement
  If you're planning to retire for a certain period of time, reach out to Ducasse or Raevsky.
  
  
• Attend our events if possible
  Our events are rare and mostly bound to special occasions, such as our anniversary, get-togethers in VMR mod and, of course, clan battles and tournaments. Especially if you are chosen to represent us in an important, officially announced match, you shouldn't stand us up without a notice.
  
  
• Don't post embarrassing screenshots
  Whether on Steam or Discord, avoid posting battle screenshots that could embarrass any of our members. Which is why it's better if you play in the same union.
  
  
• Be nice to your opponent
  As long as you wear our tag, we can't afford smearing it with trashtalk or misdemeanor in public. If you have nothing positive to say, say nothing.
  
  
• No toxic discussions with other clans
  We don't speak ill of anyone - even if we happen not to be on good terms with a certain clan. Leave diplomacy for the founder of our community.
  
  
• Considering options is OK unless it's treason
  As a new member, you're free to consider different clans if that's what you desire for personal growth. If you switch sides in favour of UNITY, you're a traitor.
