New to vintage computing? Wikipedia pages are normally pretty good reads and give a good explanation on what these computers are. Some good computers to start off learning are the:

These computers are amongst the most popular of retro computers. The C64 (Commodore 64) is the bestselling home computer of all time at around 16-17 million units. The Apple II is a greay example of how Apple started as a company (and in many's opinions, their best days of the company). The Atari 8-bit line of home computers is great for anyone who enjoys retro gaming as a whole, considering many of the games on the computers are just ports from Atari 2600 and 5200 games, along with MANY exclusives.
