I blessed this server with the spirit of Aut1sm on the day of its birth, November 21, 1983. It has since grown into a beautiful eclectic realm with many exciting facets for the adventurers, builders, try-hards, and most of all, the wonderful Aut1sts. There are no rules here, and no one will ever be perma-banned. I don't have mommy issues and do not have a desire to power trip on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 20 year old pc game.

في مساء يوم شتوي بارد مطير، والسحب السوداء تملأ السماء وتغطي قمم الجبال.. وتخفي قرص الشمس في أقصى الأفق لحظة الغروب.. وقف البلبل الغريد على طرف غصن في أعلى شجرة من الأشجار الباسقة التي تملأ الغابة..

لم يكن البلبل مستعداً للغناء.. كان يقف صامتاً يتأمل مشهد العتمة والضوء الخافت لحظة رحيله..
فجأة خرجت من بين الأغصان المتشابكة المتصلبة من البرد دودة صغيرة.. يختلط لونها بلون الشجر.. وقد غسلها ماء المطر.. فهي نادراً ما تخرج من بيتها في هذا الوقت خوفاً من البرد وحرصاً على حياتها..
قالت الدودة للبلبل: منذ أيام وأنا أراقبك من بيتي القريب أيّها البلبل الحزين.. ما بك؟؟ لماذا تظل صامتاً لا تغني في مثل هذا الوقت من كل يوم؟! عندما أراك قرب بيتي أفرح.. وأنتظر سماع غنائك العذب الجميل.. أنتظر طويلاً.. وتظل صامتاً..

نظر البلبل إليها نظرة دامعة.. لكنه لم يجب على سؤالها.. تنهد تنهيدة عميقة.. وكأنه يخرج الهواء من أعماق قلبه.. ثم التفت من جديد حيث كان ينظر.. وراح يتأمّل الأفق البعيد بصمت.. حيث لا يرى غير الظلام..

اقتربت منه الدودة الخضراء وقالت: أنت تحزن يا صديقي في هذا الوقت من كل مساء لذهاب يوم من أيام عمرك القصير.. أليس كذلك؟
هز البلبل الحزين رأسه.. فهو يعرف قيمة الحياة وقيمة الوقت، لأنّ حياته قصيرة ولا يعيش طويلاً.. ويعرف أهمية صوته عند سكان الغابة من الطيور والحشرات والحيوانات البرية المختلفة.. وحتى وحوش الغابة تحب صوته الجميل..

اقتربت الدودة الحكيمة أكثر.. وكانت كبيرة في السن.. وقالت بصوتها الناعم اللطيف: أرى أنّ عليك أن تحزن أكثر يا ولدي لسبب آخر.. لأنّ حزنك هذا يمنعك عن الغناء ونشر البهجة في أنحاء الغابة بين سكانها وأشجارها وأزهارها..
نظر البلبل إليها من جديد.. لم يفهم ما الذي تقصد الدودة أن تقوله.. وكان في عينية علامات استفهام كبيرة.. لكنه ظل صامتاً.. كعادته في هذا الوقت من كل يوم..
اقتربت الدودة شيئاً قليلاً حتى أصبحت قريبة من طرف الغصن الذي يقف عليه البلبل.. فانحنى الغصن.. واهتز..

كاد البلبل يفقد توازنه ويقع.. لكنه حرك جناحيه.. وأمسك بطرف الغصن بقوة وصار يتأرجح في الهواء والدودة تتأرجح معه وقد بدت عليه علامات الخوف.. حتى ثبت الغصن من جديد..
ضحكت الدودة من أعماق قلبها.. ثم قالت للبلبل وقد اصفرّ وجهه: أرأيت؟! أنت تحب الحياة أيها البلبل حتى في هذا الوقت الذي يحزنك.. فاسعد يا صديقي بكل أوقات الحياة.. واسعد الجميع من حولك.. ولا تستسلم للحزن.. فغداً يوم جديد..
التفت البلبل إليها وقد هدأ خوفه وعادت الابتسامة تعلو وجهه الجميل... وقال: صدقت أيها الدودة الحكيمة.. أعدك أني لن أتوقف عن الغناء بعد اليوم.. وسأظل أغني وأغني.. إلى أن أعجز عن الغناء..
صاحت الدودة بفرح بصوت عال جداً غير معتاد من دودة مثلها حتى سمعها كل سكان الغابة، وقالت: شكراً أيها الجميل.. شكراً.. فكلنا في الغابة نحبك ونحب صوتك..
علمت حيوانات الغابة بهذا الحوار.. فراحت تقصُّ على أبنائها هذه الواقعة.. وكان يرويها جيل بعد جيل.. حتى أصبحت اليوم قصة من أشهر قصص الغابات..

This is so simple, even the disabled pumpkin farmer could make it...

You are sitting on you balcony overlooking the the City Of Aut while the sun sets over the distant island you can hear relaxing ambient explosion sounds and screeching in the distance. Now all you need is a glass of red wine and some mozzarella with fresh basil and tomatoes. But wait, you don't have any mozzarella! You only have non-ultra high pasteurized milk (ideally non-homogenized, but doesn't have to be raw), and some distilled white vinegar 5%. This will be all you need!

1: Simply heat your milk to about 120 degrees, on your walmart two-burner

electric stove (if you dont have a thermometer, just check to see if it feels too

hot to keep your hand in for more than 5 seconds)

2: Then, pour in a half cup of your white vinegar, and slowly stir. In about 45

seconds, it will have basically formed mozzarella. Use a strainer with a fine

mesh to take out the primitive mozzarella, and squeeze the excess moisture

out of it.

3: In another bowl, add hot water and salt to your taste. Move the mass of

mozzarella into the bowl with hot water, squeeze the whey out, then take it out

and stretch it a bit, then put it back in and repeat this several times. This will

make it stretchy and help get the salt evenly mixed. You can form it into a ball

if you like. Make sure not to over-do this part of the process, as i find it can

make it less stretchy than you began with.

4: Lastly drop the mozzarella in some ice water for about a minute, then take it

out and wrap it in a towel and squeeze all the water out. It is ready to enjoy

with your basil, tomatoes and wine and ambient screeching/explosions.

If done correctly, it should be just like fresh mozzarella from the store, but better and a bit cheaper.

Note: Most official mozzarella is made using rennet, but this tastes almost exactly the same, and is much easier to get the ingredients for, as it doesn't require any rennet. Just make sure your milk isn't ultra pasteurized or else you'll get pissed off. Look for the special organic local type milk in your store, if they have that. If you can get raw milk then that would work wonderfully too.
