If you have a custom rank on the server and still do not have access to the player model submit a support ticket on the website to General letting him know you are part of the group and would like access.

Do not forget if you have a custom rank to comment on the Pinned discussion your Steam ID and Website name so General can add the model to your rank.

just a heads up you need your own custom rank to access the model General will be adding some time soon as I have already paid for the model itself.
