Keep your ARMA II Updated!

This is just a friendly reminder to regularly update your copy of ARMA II with the latest beta patch.

Beta patches are released very often - as often as every two or three days - and DayZ requires them to run. They take only a minute to download and install, so why not do it right now?

The latest patch can be downloaded here:

It will be the one in the green box at the top.

joined the server for the 1st time tonight. headed towards balota. had no weapons, barely any supplies, and got player killed by the 1st person i saw. so much for teamwork and helping other players.

Hi guys! I've set up a private server for ourselves; it runs on 1.7.1.5 with no modifications needed. ALL DATA ON THIS SERVER IS SEPERATE FROM THE OTHER OFFICIAL DAYZ SERVERS! Currently there aren't any rules but we can figure some rules out over time. This server is for helping people whom are beginning the game with friends, so please try to keep the player killing to a minimum until we have rules set up.

Server IP: Rinaun.com
Port: Default

Enter this in the "Remote" section at the bottom right of the multiplayer screen. One server should show up; that is mine!

PLAY SAFE!

P.S. if you have large amounts of friends whom would like to start together, please inform me and I can set this up if you give me some time. I CANNOT AND WILL NOT spawn items. Hackers will be banned.
